It's ok to have discernment as a Christian. Not everyone who professes to be a Christian is safe. You don't have to 'be kind' to everyone indiscriminately. Listen to your intuition. #christianwoman

I’ve pastored and counseled hundreds of Christians who testify to something of the same story - that what was drilled into them at an early age was that something was inherently wrong with them. That this was somehow *fundamental* to catechesis. I’ve seen so much damage done.
I don't understand why so many Christians, men & women, seem to dislike feminists? Why would people be so opposed to women's rights?
The whole purpose of the postmenopausal female is to lead a rebellion against a lingering empire.

Heard a conversation on Radio 4 about how to stay alert & engaged as we age. Someone advised not bothering to read War & Peace at 90 because it's too long, & not trying to enjoy rap music because we don't understand it! Totally disagree 😃 You do whatever you want! #ageing

Absolutely & utterly this. And I thank God for sending the people, the medication, & the therapy that have comforted, fed and encouraged me. And still do. Shame & blame contain nothing of love & nothing of God.
