Last week, I delivered a new lecture, “AI, Bias, and Ethics for Tech Diplomacy,” at the Foreign Service Institute! As AI rapidly increases in influence, it is imperative that diplomats and other foreign service professionals understand bias and learn how to mitigate AI harms.
