Yeah that def helps I did journaling with CBT therapy years ago and it helped a lot So you write down your anxious thoughts and then fact check them one by one, like: I'm a loser -> What's the evidence for this? I'm nice person, have friends, do cool work, people like me etc…
My 50 cents… The “feeling stressed” is the issue most probably. Work on solving these problems and for a start keep a journal or note all action you want to take to solve them, everyday before you wind down for sleep. Might help.
