$AAPL - It's a little too early for actual build cuts at this point regardless of IP demand trends. Growth last year supported by continued pro mix shift, so it will be most interesting will be to see if Pro mix finally begins to flatline / decline

$SMAR definitely some money left on the table for shareholders, but makes sense for PE with a lot of opportunity to expand margins, especially with px increases rolling through over the next 2yrs, and put in new / better management

One thing that you can't really normalize for in ibanking is that it's a very bespoke experience depending on the seniors you work with and the deals you work on. Some analysts rarely hit >100hrs/wk, while others end up with countless >100 weeks over 2yrs. I was in the latter...

I mean I was in banking not too long ago and didn't have capped hours or protected anything. Really took a toll on my body, but also I knew what I signed up for. Must be nice for the current gen. Think current bankers are kinda soft, but in a way am also kinda envious

Suspect timing for sure and would have agreed w/ the $60 figure. Ton of opp for PE to expand margins esp as the psuedo price increase rolls through over the next couple years

obv makes you think tonight could be a bad print and SMAR's bankers trying to preserve the price...fair value here * should * be close to $60 IMO, but the timing of this is a bit suspect, and maybe takeout is 10% lower than I am thinking...

I haven't followed $CHKP too closely in a good while. Can someone please tell me wtf is going on, why it's mooning, and why it isn't a short?

So TENB leaked M&A rumors to support the stock into a cut? Lol

A key part of what makes shorting so hard. To really get paid, bulls need to throw in the towel. There's usually only so many of these opps a year in a sector, and in a lot of cases bulls end up being more resilient than you might expect. w/ TSLA the blind faith is dam strong

Really don't view myself as an arrogant or overconfident person... but maybe not since I do kinda believe I could
