Also hydrodissection with saline, & I prefer to use Harrington scissors rather than metz,where it has blunt tip to avoid serosal injuries. Learned it from mentor late Dr:John Oakley from Tasmania, & he used to call metz in this setting ureter cutting instrument due its sharp tip
