This time last Sunday @LBofHavering senselessly cut down trees on the Drill roundabout. In my anger I drew this cartoon of the famous Drill Oak that stood for 600 years before being felled in the 1987 storm. Please retweet to help us stop @LBofHavering destroying healthy trees.

A picture I didn’t use in the end. I will try to get the oak tree into book #2 next year. Too good not to use it.
The figures are now coloured on this page. Just the backgrounds to do now.
Here’s page 35 of the book with the panels and backgrounds finished and the basic lettering laid out, but without any of the characters drawn yet. The lettering font I use has four weights and alternate characters that I’ll add when I’ve drawn the characters in.
Finally got round to sketching in the last panel on this page of the book. I should be able to finish it this evening some time.

Possible panel layout for my drawing of the Amos homestead for issue #1 of my Buffalo Bill Amos Rides Again! comic book. It includes some of my new trees and one of my new skies.
And now the drawing is in situ on page 9 of book 2 of my Buffalo Bill Amos Rides Again! series of comic books. I’m probably spending more time putting this page together than Da Vinci did on the Mona Lisa!
Found a good place to use the new tree I drew last night already. It has real dramatic impact in this full-page picture of Bill leaving Collier Rio at dusk when he hears a posse is being formed to hunt him down.
