@thetaywil @Yujia_Liu_20 @CameronAnglum @anita_manion @edu_tuan and I use over a decade of administrative data from MO to document trends in teacher retention. As in other states (AR, WA, NC), we observe stable retention rates during the first COVID year w/ increases in 2022/23.
