Got skill work in yesterday but camera didn’t record any of the shooting just ball handling and finishing. Shooting workout today + lift. I’ll post my lift from today and then catch up with the videos by the end of the week.


Rest day today. Been sick the past few days but today is probably the peak. Should be back tomorrow.

For workouts like these where I’m doing a little bit of everything, I try to get the video to under 10 minutes if not less. Also takes me about 30-40 minutes to fully edit and then about another 10-15 to upload it. It’s alright though because this is my life. So glad I’m back.…

Overview - This was not a major surgery. Fractured my fib and tib Freshman year and decided to get the plate and screws removed. I will be 100% no limitations by the start of the season. #ball #bball #basketball #ncaab #CollegeBasketball #prospect #recruit #coach #college #senior

Still not able to run for at least 10 more days but have been doing my best to be in the weight room as much as possible. Here’s today’s workout and a pic. A bit lower on bench due to less leg drive (Surgery). Staples removed on Oct. 22 and hopefully will be cleared to play.
