No Stopping in Bike Lanes bill has passed, 17-0! The streets are safer today thanks to Philadelphia City Council & work from @phlbikeaction @bcgp @5thSq

This is just yelling into the abyss, but had a driver go nuts on me this morning for taking the lane to avoid construction and trolley tracks. The worst part of a lack of infrastructure is the safest decisions become unsafe when you're sharing the lane with aggressive drivers.

Psyched I haven't been plowed in honestly

Now imagine it’s 5am. You’re late for work and you see this???

My advice for young professionals? Move to DC. Live in the group row home. Build the work wardrobe. Find the free happy hours. Say yes. Walk around mall at night. Take the metro. Chill in Logan Circle. Be a menace in AdMo/U Street. Move to DC in your early career. No regrets.

the ncaa is sick because you can be an olympian and still be byu's 5th man

hell yeah

it's because of the track & field/hardcore overlap

Why are circle pits inherently counterclockwise? Does nascar have influence here? Is it the opposite in the southern hemisphere?

Truly incredible that this is not parody.

Looking to ID: MV Vandalism 24044819: On 7/20/24, the pictured male punched the victim’s car after getting into a traffic altercation at Prospect St & Somerville Ave. Anyone with information, please contact Det. Chris Collette (ccollete@police.somerville.ma.us).

thinking of this man and his family. he died just trying to cross the street. and he’s not getting nearly as much coverage as the doctor who was killed on her bike because he’s not a doctor and it wasn’t downtown. (not saying she also doesn’t deserve immense news coverage!!!)

Christopher Cabrera, 38, was also killed Wednesday in Kensington. He was waiting to cross the street when a driver who police believe was under the influence of drugs drove onto the sidewalk and struck him at a high rate of speed. He died at the scene.

Every death caused by a vehicle in Philadelphia is a tragedy. Philadelphia police are currently investigating three separate car crashes involving a bicyclist and two pedestrians last night, which took place in Center City, Kensington and East Germantown.
