The KR Culinary students were busy this holiday season catering and building their gingerbread houses. Over 280 students stopped by the 3 Seasons Restaurant during lunch to vote for their favorite gingerbread house. #iamCTE #KSDProud
Mr. Corley and some of his advanced wood working students invited the Super Conks into the woodshop to assemble and paint 3-D trees. This was an amazing collaboration between the classes and everyone had a great time. #iamCTE #KSDProud
KL Car Club Car club teamed up with Mountain View Fire Dept and Maple Valley Street Rats Car club to do a parade through the Kentlake Highlands last night. They decorated cars and collected toys and food which benefit the Falcon food pantry and families in need.#iamCTE #KSDProud

The KL Biomedical Science class attended the Seattle Children's Research Institute where they were able to use the ELISA technique to evaluate immune responses, learn more about research at Children's and hear from a PhD student from the UW about her career path and research.
KR Culinary, Creative Cooking and Food & Fitness classes hosted their 2nd Annual Friendsgiving today. The culinary class prepared the chickens and the other classes prepared the sides. A delicious feast. Happy Friendsgiving #iamcte #KSDProud
Volunteer at Osprey Camp! Applications are open for the 2nd Mentor Training Weekend, 12/9-10. Osprey Camp is an overnight outdoor school serving all 5th grade students this year. They are looking for mature high school mentors. Applications due 11/22. ospreycamp.org
