Today is my official day starting #keto #ketodiet #Ketogenic and I couldn’t be more motivated to shed all this fat off. I’m still doing #IntermittentFasting along with keto. They go hand in hand with each other. I’ll be talking about keto more than fasting for now.
I’ve been a little MIA with reporting on #IntermittentFasting but I’m still 100% committed. I even waited this past Saturday until 4:30pm to break my fast. I did this so my eating window would allow me some late drinks with friends. Felt amazing in the morning

Day 4 of #IntermittentFasting and energy feels good this morning but I am hungry this morning. Funny to be hungry because I ate for the first time this week a little over my calorie total.

8 hours for food consumption and 16 hours of fasting. Ton of research that can back up why this is an awesome way to eat.
