Redo-TAVI outcomes are influenced by initial TAV design, implantation depth, and neoskirt height, impacting coronary access and valve performance. This study examines these factors to optimize long-term management for patients requiring TAV-in-TAV procedures. #Cardiology #TAVI

TAVR UNLOAD just presented at TCT. First RCT in moderate AS and HFrEF. The trial did not meet the primary endpoint at last FU but early TAVR was superior to clinical surveillance at 1 year.

EARLY TAVR published. Among patients with asymptomatic severe aortic stenosis, a strategy of early TAVR was superior to clinical surveillance in reducing the incidence of death, stroke, or unplanned hospitalization for cardiovascular causes, driven by the latter. The study's…

This study found no immediate change in coronary flow after TAVI in severe aortic stenosis, but 6-month follow-up showed improved hyperaemic perfusion due to LV remodeling. Complex link between TAVI and coronary function. ow.ly/UarE50TK4ST
