I'm very skeptical when I'm told the coffee pot is filled with "good coffee". I'm always afraid it's going to be flavored with something strange.

My biggest consistent failure during my surgery rotation was trying to cut sutures with right handed scissors using my left hand...

I have to say doing my third year at a rural critical access hospital is amazing. I have only been here for 3 months and I have assisted and closed on multiple surgeries, I have done 3 paracentesis, an intubation and a central line. Hands down great experience. #MedTwitter

Just had a conversation with a friend about a less than desirable rotation. I made sure to remind him that you have to make the most out a bad situations. Try to find someway to gain some knowledge from the experience. Your education is in your hands.

My bottom eyelid will not stop twitching.... it is infuriating..

apple pie and board study
