A new release of our data-driven methods is out! We've built 500+ models to identify cancer driver mutations across 100+ cancer genes and 80+ tumor types. These results will be included in the new CGI via @CGIclinics to enhance interpretation in cancer patients.

We are very happy to announce that a dual new release of intOGen (intogen.org) and boostDM (intogen.org/boostdm/) is out today! 🎉 Here is a thread summarizing the main updates:👇

Two of our CGI-Clinics team from @IRBBarcelona, Olivia Tort & Santiago Demajo, were recently interviewed about how advanced technology helps customise cancer treatment based on individual tumour characteristics. Watch the video: cgiclinics.eu/video-using-ar…

By analysing a patient's genetic makeup and tumour characteristics, it's possible to tailor therapies to target the specific mutations driving their cancer. This personalised approach brings hope and can lead to improved outcomes for patients 🧡 #PrecisionOncology
