This is not acceptable on any level.
In Oregon the people put a measure on the ballot to keep non citizens from getting driver’s licenses and it passed. In 2019 HB2015 was passed by the Oregon legislature to GIVE non citizens a driver’s license. Would you like to know who voted for it?
