A note on Padres Ethan Salas. He now has 6 Stolen Bases in the AFL. That is the same amount as: Marlins Andrew Pintar (60 Run Tool) Astros Quincy Hamilton (60 Run Tool) His ability on the base paths is a very underrated part of his game.

Also says this in article “Preller and others in the organization maintain the Padres will continue to spend at a level that allows them to build a perennial championship contender.” Feels like they could reallocate funds by trading guys on short term deals like Arraez/Cease
