Our Iosco County Community Foundation affiliate recently awarded a $200,000 grant to Ascension St. Joseph Foundation in Tawas City to support three capital projects. The grant comes from the Mary Jane Chevis Endowment Fund. bit.ly/3OWeLnx

A new nonprofit childcare center has opened in Hubbard Lake, and CFNEM is proud to support it through our Community Impact, Women’s Giving Circle, and Youth Advisory Council. Lack of daycare is a challenge in northeast Michigan, and this new center is a step in a good direction.
