This morning P7C focused on strategies to help us self regulate our emotions with support from the Zones of Regulation. We discussed how we feel when we’re experiencing each zone and came up with regulation strategies to support us when we are experiencing these emotions.
Today we reflected on our successes in 2022 and looked forward to 2023 by creating our own New Year’s resolution. Then, we used line, colour and shape to create this New Years fireworks art 🎆
