This is 𝐕𝐈𝐍𝐓𝐀𝐆𝐄 Atlanta United.

Play Streets are becoming a tradition in APS, thanks to my @ATLDOT colleagues and our partnership with schools and parents. Inspired by @Cycling_Embassy visit/workshop last year. My favorite part was when a parent told me that “this brings together community”. #VisionZeroATL

The #ATLDOT "Play Street" event at @APSBenteen was a blast! Funston Street became a car-free zone with games, safety giveaways, and space to walk, bike, and roll. Families skipped the car pick-up line and enjoyed the commute home on foot! #SafeRoutestoSchool

Heads Up, @ATLUTD fans! ⚽ We're providing extra rail service for the match against Inter Miami tonight! If you plan to park & ride from Indian Creek Station, consider parking at Kensington for more available spaces & shorter lines at the Breeze vending machines & fare gates.

Barely missed the 12 bus, but with frequent buses and @dancinggoats midtown, I was able to get to my site visit on time after a short break for an espresso #TransitOrientedCoffee @MidtownATL @MARTAtransit

Motorists, make sure you're highly alert while behind the wheel today. Many pedestrians will be out for Halloween-related activities. Drive slowly and maintain awareness of those you're sharing the road with. #HalloweenSafety #VisionZeroATL

WATCH: Permanent concrete barriers are coming to 10th Street to further protect the bike lanes adjacent to Piedmont Park. The goal is to improve cyclist/pedestrian safety as this area is part of the city’s high-injury network. Oh, and you can help paint them. 🎨

When they get home tonight, Atlanta United will complete a seven day stretch where they flew a combined 4215 miles, played three road matches (all of which went down to the final minute), won twice, and pushed North America’s best team to the brink. I’m tired but proud of them.

Just because Donald Trump acts goofy doesn’t mean his presidency wouldn’t be dangerous. And you don’t have to take my word for it. Lately, some of the people who know Trump the best have been saying in no uncertain terms that he should not be president again.

📺WATCH THIS AD📺 I send my Carter cakes to school each day praying he comes home alive. It doesn’t have to be this way yall. I’m voting for @KamalaHarris because our children’s lives are on the line. #GaPol #HarrisWalz #BattlegroundGA

Tonight would have been Debate Night in America. Let’s break down how Donald Trump is too frail, too exhausted, and too unstable to agree to another debate:

100%. The same is true of Atlanta. "The congestion we see today isn't a traffic problem and it isn't a bike problem - it is a regional land use planning problem. The region needs to add density, to make transit a viable mobility option" You can't serve sprawl well with transit.

Seriously - where do you think all of these cars go? They end up on city streets. The more the region expands, the more congested the city gets. A problem as old as time. This is why sprawl stinks. It requires more highways. Highways act as funnels into urban destinations. And…

THREE-PEAT! That's 3⃣ wins in a row for the Commodores, who remain undefeated at home. They'll look to keep that streak alive next Saturday when they host the No. 1 Texas Longhorns. VU: 24 BSU: 14 FINAL
