C2O led a vulnerability assessment for the Arafura & Timor Seas region. We identified the marine and coastal resources that are highly vulnerable to climate change and local actions needed to support adaptation. The results are published @ClimaticChange_ rdcu.be/dffZF


Johanna Johnson and David Welch have co-facilitated a 3-day climate change awareness workshop as part of @ProgramAtsea C2O shared our vulnerability assessment results and Guide for Facilitators, while delegates from Indonesia, Timor Leste and PNG shared their experiences.

A few weeks ago our team had the pleasure to meet with our partners from French Polynesia and Wallis & Futuna in Tahiti to start customizing the Community Marine Monitoring Toolkit to their needs, as part of a project funded by the Agence FranÇaise de Development.
