Many find their way to the University for the course with results not from their HEADS! When real brain power is tested at LDC; the REAL RESULTS come out🤷🏽♀️😂😂 Don’t blame LDC…!
LDC issues … Other issues raised aside, is there any teaching institution in Uganda with a failure rate like LDC’s? What could be the problem? Is it the hardest course in Uganda, or it attracts weak students? Is it about the quality of teachers/teaching?

The 600,000= fine for Mukwaya who nearly run over a traffic officer is to me on a lighter side! He needed to pay for the injuries he caused!A fine of 5 m and imprisonment of a Month would have made me feel good.That man behaved like an abnormal person.Just 600,000=??🤷🏽♀️🙉
