Bulls on the season are simply better on offense AND defense with Josh Giddey off the floor. The same thing that ended up happening in OKC is happening here. But you know, he gets triple doubles sometimes! #SeeRed

The cap implications would be awful for the Bulls, and then you have to consider MPJs back issues as well. Has Zach had some injury stuff as well? Sure, but MPJs back troubles are much worse. Bad trade for the Bulls.
… I kinda like the Bill Simmons “Michael Porter Jr. and Zeke Nnaji for Zach LaVine” trade idea. Chicago breaks up the LaVine contract and clears the ball-handling logjam for Coby and Giddey. Denver gets a badly-needed dose of creation without sacrificing shooting.
Taking ball dominant iso scorer off and having more instinctual connective passers does wonders for an offense. (I say this as someone who absolutely loves DeMar, and he'll still go down as one of my favorite Bull ever).
