Happy to share our publication on how we improved discharge UTI antibiotic prescriptions from the ED over a several year period. Hint: it took multiple steps and teamwork! Great to have 4 residents collaborate on this project as well! @Sssofeso_27 bit.ly/4bpjLsv

Proud of @m_feen for adding to the literature of #MOUD in the ICU. Looks like there’s a lot of variation and some work to do on how to optimize for patients with OUD.

In a large multicenter, retrospective study, there was large variation in the use of MOUD among ICU pts with a history of OUD. These results inform future studies seeking to optimize the approach to MOUD use during critical illness. #PharmICU #TwitteRx journals.lww.com/ccmjournal/abs…

Thanks to @AJHPOfficial for allowing me to write about the deeply personal decision to leave full time clinical pharmacy & all of the complex emotions that come with it. academic.oup.com/ajhp/advance-a…

This one is really hitting home as I sit on my couch on a Saturday night reviewing residency applications - clinical pharmacy would shatter and fail to exist without the hours of unpaid work we take on.

I feel this 1,000%. can relate to @MeganARech share some of the same burnout causes, some diff. but in the end, it's systematic. (1/n) I love clinical pharmacy practice . . . and had to leave it academic.oup.com/ajhp/article/d…
