Interesting comment from Jim Montgomery on Nikita Zadorov and his inconsistent grasp of system play. Pierre McGuire mentioned on the @TheSkatePod how being receptive to coaching has been a challenge throughout Zadorov’s career and it would be key to his success in BOS #NHLBruins

I think this is team canada GM stuff and not really for Bruins. He isn’t one to shake up roster via trade unless it’s the deadline.
Interesting note from @FriedgeHNIC on 32 Thoughts this morning: Don Sweeney was not with the Bruins Friday and Saturday, but was instead at Columbus-Winnipeg and St. Louis-Toronto. Maybe suggests he didn’t consider this a dire “I need to be with my team” kind of moment.

Elias Lindholm is not a playmaker. If they thought he was, that is concerning.
Montgomery on why the Lindholm/Pastrnak duo hasn't gelled: "I don't know. It should work. Two smart hockey players, two players that see the ice really well, two players that can shoot and pass. Two players that can skate. It just hasn't materialized. So we're changing it up."

The Rangers updated Offseason Cap Projection after they extend Alexis Lafrenière 7x$7.45m. Probably the team with the most storylines with Shesterkin, Kakko, Miller and Lindgren. Trouba situation also a mystery.
