Had my phone cut off twice by @O2 in 24hrs, staff at Newport City store are rude and unhelpful. Customer service is over phone only and unhelpful. Nobody @o2 is bothered to find out why. I have also lost credit! IF ANYONE IS THINKING OF CHANGING NETWORK PROVIDER DO NOT USE @O2
Quick update: @O2 deliberately deactivated my sim yesterday.. Staff hung up on twice.. X staff had it reactivated this morning.. But i have been deactivated again!!! Now at their Newport store and their staff are unhelpful!! Nobody will help.. Just want my PUK code.. Im done. ๐ก

Proud and honoured to take a group of 30 veterans to participate in the march past the Cenotaph on Remembrance Sunday. Resplendent in blazers, caps and medals the group did us incredibly proud marching past the 10,000 members of the public lining the streets. #wewillrememberthem
