I absolutely think they work, but there are some issues with the research, which introduce bias. I think the key is making sure whatever formula you use is accepted by the patient.
Do you think CCPACP and fluoro calcium phosphosilicate don't work? Or is it the research that doesn't? Are we too complacent because we already have fluoride and mostly ok saliva?

It’s not only possible, it’s very do-able. Fortunately we have systematic reviews and guidance documents on this subject already.

Try glass ionomer cement like Fuji Ortho @GCAmericaInc - the chemical bond between metal and tooth also prevents caries and is even more powerful when combined with MI paste plus. Oh and removing the cement is a breeze since you can see it! #Idespisecomposite
