Finally spared some time to test this and it works pretty nice (though it's just a fast edit) 🗿
Not good at making tutorials, but in case you wanna make the screen tones look more "analog". 1- Save as a Photoshop PSD file. 2- Add Gaussian noise to the screen tone layer and make sure it's monochrome. 3- Add a simple blur effect. 4- Add a very small Gaussian blur effect.
