I have been training with @gavinbruni10, and @Mitchell_Bault this offseason. I am up 13 lbs since the last time I threw a baseball and feel great. Excited to see the results when I step back on a mound. 86mph - 155 lbs โฆ. mph - 168 lbs + @weldyprep @redraiderbase
