Dear young people, if you want climate policy and social freedoms enacted you have to out vote us old folks...get on with it!

Since 1996 or so, there’s been a correlation between voter participation and age, and in 2020, almost 72% of those ages 65 and over cast a ballot — about 10 percentage points more than the national average. 53eig.ht/3NKEgE0

No reason in the world to watch evening cable talk shows...quit watching 4 years ago. Much less anxiety.

Per @DylanByers: “Since November 5, CNN and MSNBC have seen their total audiences decline by 27 percent and 38 percent, respectively, when compared to their 2024 average from the previous 10 months. It’s even worse in primetime, where CNN is down 35 percent and MSNBC is down 47…

This is what real environmental activists do with their time—not blocking roads, throwing orange paint at things, and destroying priceless artwork. Agree or disagree?

The ACA successfully “bent the cost curve” despite all the doubters and haters and because it worked nobody talks about this problem anymore.

health care spending as a portion of GDP has basically flatlined since 2009 or so

Latest Pew surveys post election, majorities of Americans: Trump is dishonest, a bad role model and not even tempered. GOT IT!

True

The child tax credit, increased ACA subsidies, and student loan forgiveness helped people. All good policy. But it didn't move people emotionally to our side. Why? Maybe because most people don't want a handout. They want the rules unrigged so they can succeed on their own.

As Speaker Pelosi said... these seats are the majority makers!

We always make this way too complicated. There are about 15-20 members of Congress that consistently win tough races. They are the only people the party should be listening to. If you want to win, listen to the winners of tough races. It's so obvious.

I haven’t watched MSNBC or CNN at all since the election, and I honestly feel so much better. If I want to catch up on the news, I avoid the 24-hour news networks and instead watch the evening news hour on ABC, CBS, NBC or PBS. Trust me, one hour of news coverage is enough! 😊
