Day Seven - Merstham to Botley Hill. From wild morning storm to sublime autumnal evening and from a locked church to a welcoming inn, its been another glorious day. The hills get bigger and bigger but each one takes us nearer to Canterbury. We’re nearly half way there!
While Christmas Day is pretty much a full house already at Botley Hill Farmhouse, we will be running our Festive Dining menu from Dec 1 to Dec 23: botleyhill-farmhouse.co.uk/dining/festive. Bring your friends and family to Botley Hill for delicious food, beautiful views and festive cheer. 🎄🎁🥰
Up Botley Hill which is the highest point on #ThePilgrimsWay at 885ft.
A note to anyone coming out to the Bec Hill Climb tomorrow we have scaled the event down so no tea & cakes this year but please head down to @BotleyHill farmhouse near @titseybrewingco to get your refreshments. The Carnival will return Next Year we promise.
#Cycle300 Ride 4: Up to the North Downs on a beaut of a morning - plus bonus PBs on Crockham & Titsey Hill 👌🏻👍🏻 Donate to the cause 🙏🏼: fundraise.cancerresearchuk.org/page/jamess-cy…

Such a great spot 🌿🌸 shout out to the super friendly waitress in the Sheep Shed @BotleyHill for great service
Botley Hill Farmhouse, Titsey, on the North Downs in Surrey: originally a 16th century farmhouse, now the highest pub in SE England. Popular with diners. Real ales are from the separately owned Titsey brewery.
Some pastoral idylls from today's adventure on the North Downs. Sooooo worth it for the amazing views and the welcome stop offs at friendly Botley Hill Inn and White Bear and the reminder that this is all less than an hour away 🌿🌍💙💚
Open on Sunday, August 15, Titsey Place, Oxted. Pre-booking essential, Please visit Titsey Place website to book: book.titsey.org
Today my muse and l are heading off to Titsey Place gardens (no sniggering at the back there!) Somewhere it has long been wish to visit. Pictures of the walled kitchen garden may well follow.
This path from Botley Hill to Tatsfield is stunning, whatever the weather. It’s a little bit tucked away and well off the usual dog walking/running/walking routes. But I reckon it has some of the best views from the North Downs in East Surrey/West Kent.
Have you drunk in the beautiful views from @BotleyHill before? Simply gorgeous. 🌄🥰
Just returned from one of my favourite places @BotleyHill, after our first restaurant dining experience since the start of lockdown 1. It was absolutely splendid as usual: fantastic food with superb and friendly service - it (almost) felt like we were back to normal.
