I turned 29 in June and feel this. 2012 to 2022 felt like a blink of the eye. In that same about of time I will go from almost 30 to almost 40. Scary.
I realized something talking with a friend. It is not so much I think I'm old atm. 32 is very much not old and I look like I'm in my mid 20s still on top of it. It's more the speed at which time is passing that freaks me out these days.
Sometimes I dwell on my diagnosis and things feel hopeless. I cry thinking about all the things that are forever changed for me. I'll never have a "normal" life and it breaks my heart.
