It’s almost like @UPS intentionally wants to lose your stuff and not pay you the full value.
If the @UPS high value waiver is not signed, it is invalid. Except you can only have it signed by a driver or at one of their hubs, that’s it. The only two options.
I really don’t understand the point of @ups offering a high value waiver but have such tight restrictions for getting it signed.
Talked to @UPS again today. I had them explain the steps of an investigation to me like I was a toddler. Step one is to file the claim. Step two is to contact the recipient to make sure the package was not received
Since @ups messed up this package I have to spend today getting back up wigs ready, and will have to drive them to Syracuse tomorrow… can I invoice UPS for two days of extra work on a weekend at my union rate?
Who trains these people @UPS?!?!? “You can wait for more information”, after I expressly concerned that this is time sensitive and I can’t.
Yes, I own tons of wigs and I can easily do replacements for most of the characters. But, two of the wigs are extremely specific AND I already sent them a third option in that package. There is not enough time or money in the world to get two brand new wigs made to send out @UPS
It’s amazing how @UPS botched the delivery the last time, I gave myself extra time (shipped wigs Wednesday for Thursday arrival, when they need them Saturday) and they STILL messed it up. Do I have to start driving wig rentals to Syracuse now?!?
Not only could I lose my connection with this theater, if this package is indeed lost @UPS misplaced multiple thousands of dollars of my personal property… like… how does this happen TWICE? What do you have against me and Syracuse Stage?
This is the second time @UPS messed up a shipment to this theatre, and I’m skating on thin ice… has anyone else ever lost a business connection and job opportunities because UPS is a train wreck?
Do I know anyone who has a connection with @UPS? I shipped a wig rental package on Wednesday for Thursday delivery, the tracking never updated once it got on the truck. I filed a claim and opened an investigation, but the show opens on Wednesday! This could cost me my job!!!
I really love paying extra for @UPS next day air, and two business days later the package hasn’t been delivered and now the tracking has no delivery estimate. Jumping for joy over here.
It’s really amazing how you can schedule two @FedEx pick ups two days in a row, they don’t show up either time AND give a BS exemption excuse on their website. Such fun! Really helping small businesses out, aren’t ya?
The @AmericanAir agent who called me was shocked that I had to pay for my changed flight, when the original gate agent said they couldn’t change destinations… what?!??!
THEN @AmericanAir calls me to ask why I never came to the gate and that the plane came back for maintenance. So I hightail it all the way over there, no gate attendant and no plane; now running back to my Vegas flight which is delayed.
So now I’m out $300 for the new ticket, will be out $200+ for a 2 hour Uber ride AND I have to go to the airport of my original destination to get my checked bags. @AmericanAir you need to do better
