Sometimes I'll stumble to the finish line but as long as i get there.....here is the 5 min view much cleaner for the short view.
Closed over OVN high followed by a potential OB model. CPI led to the ramp straight up, looking to play a potential short on the test just for a pullback, if it doesn't come I will be looking at 50% of the retracement for a long setup back up.
Looked too clean to not try even though I'm away from the screens today. About to close this one out in the 90s. OB model + broke a swing high = high odds of holding.
Last day of family in town so will look to start posting my ideas tomorrow. Took small size long this morning from the phone, couldn't resist notice no real buyside runs in the 4-8am period with the OB model after we ran the OVN low. @StkishTCM gifting this idea the past 2 weeks
Strong trend days there is normally a little afternoon consolidation. Note the block, only wicks below then stop run into the afternoon up. Definitely riskiest but if I don’t see a hard reversal at that 10-11 TF I expect continuation
Was fairly bullish yesterday after the reaction from the FVG fill and OB on the daily from April 25th. I have family in town so nothing for me today, one of those continuation up days where you need to be in the move relatively early. Just taking out failure swing highs now
Took a whole lot of patience with this delivery overall. Ran OVN high + equal afternoon highs from yday. Retest those highs for the short, I wanted 170/160s and still think it can come but I didn't want to get greedy and covered into the potential reversal down here.
