A very busy volunteer night as we continue to build our permanent fire pit shelter. This will replace our parachute which has served us well, but has to be taken down when high winds are forecast. Thanks to our brilliant volunteers and @CommunityCVS for their grant support.

Last night, Chief Scout @DwayneFields joined King's Scouts in London to rehearse their role in Sunday’s national act of Remembrance at the Cenotaph. For over 100 years, Scouts have paid their respects at this event in Whitehall. Watch on the BBC on Sunday morning.

Great to see the volunteers from St Georges Mill Hill Scout Group continuing to develop the facilities at Canalside Activity and Environment Centre.
Did you know our outdoor classroom has two barns (one with wood burning stove), covered outdoor area and lighting. We also have path lights from the canal gate to the barns. This means you can still use the site right through the winter months.
Just wrapped up an epic tubing 2 weeks, at Ski Rossendale with all our AHF Scouts🛷🎉 The air was filled with joyous squeals and laughter, reminding us why this is our favorite annual trip! Can't wait for next year! 🌟 #AHFScouts #TubingAdventures
