Reducing your churn rate is critical b/c growth slows down but churn doesn't. Churn determines when growth stalls. Typical growth rates: $300k ARR -> 20%/mo $3m ARR -> 8%/mo $30m ARR -> 5%/mo 8%/mo churn means you stall at $3m/yr. 2%/mo churn means you can zoom past $30m/yr.
