It is with regret and a heavy heart that we have to announce that Big Dog Ferry will not be operating this year. We shall be working hard to open again April 2021. Stay safe! ❤️💚🧡

Attached is the advice from the Texas Medical Association on which activities carry the most risk of transmitting COVID-19 infection. Go to the bottom to see the activity that is counted riskiest of all - which we are all permitted to do from 6am tomorrow morning. Cheers!

IMPORTANT NOTICE: The launch of the 2020 season for Big Dog has been suspended until further notice. Keep social distancing - enjoy the space and fresh air and keep safe.

Windways' Steve Moody has got us back in the water! Normal service is resumed. :-) (But be gentle with us & check before you leave home).

Sadly our engine has packed-up in this heat! :-( No trips for the foreseeable future Please re-tweet/ share with anyone concerned. Sincere apologies.

We shall be running a full service throughout half-term week. Your skippers will be Molly, Yanny, Pauline, Eric & Simon. (And look out for the return of a young oldie!) Book to avoid disappointment! 07532 072761.

The fog has finally dispersed from #rspbtitchwell 2 Black redstarts were in the neighbouring horse paddocks, a Firecrest was in the bushes on the beach. A short eared owl was over Thornham Salthmarsh. The Hawfinch was seen first thing but has since departed. Photo by @acorncarver

With rainfall & high tides currently making mooring at The Locks unfeasible, apologies to our customers for any disruption caused to our current schedule. :-/

Because of an admin mix-up at our end, the gorgeous Shepherd’s Hut is available for this Easter break! Even though our weather forecast looks really pretty warm, you might still appreciate that lovely wood-burner and the sheep’s wool... ivygrangefarm.co.uk/book-now

We still have spaces on our 1pm & 3pm trips today! New umbrellas, a roaring fire at The Locks & the noisiest kingfishers in East Anglia await you all. (See if you can spot the white pheasant at Gillingham?)
