This is the grassy area in Eastwood Park between the (artificial turf) football pitches and Eastwood House. Much enjoyed by families for years. A tracked vehicle arrived this afternoon and seems to have run amok. I will let you make your own judgement!

Just contacted East Renfrewshire Council. All refuse bins full LAST Wednesday but still a week to next uplift. Services are not fit for purpose!
I recently criticised East Renfrewshire Council for refusing to grit our roads. Today I was pleasantly surprised! We do not seek special treatment - only safeguarding of vulnerable pensioners, mothers etc. Thank you ERC.
Another dismal performance from East Renfrewshire Council (ERC) "We (Factor) have arranged for purchase and installation of a grit bin to the development. We have, however, been advised by ERC that they are not willing to maintain/refill the grit bin. So DIY grit services now!
We have repeatedly try to advise East Renfrewshire Council that their existing refuse/recycling uplift cycles are not fit for purpose (Riverside Gardens, Busby) Even had an on-site meeting with a local Councillor. Here we are again - Christmas Eve - bins are bulging. Merry Xmas!
