-when OSA and AF co-exist, it is critical to treat the OSA. -Ablation should be done early regardless of OSA treatmenT; patients were undergoing atrial remodeling for years. -contrary to popular belief, CPAP is well tolerated when done with adequate patient education. #HRS2024
