Well it been a couple of crazy weeks. Going away to Peak District to support a gold dofe team and a mini network trip at the same time. And much more. So as I had a weekend free I decided to going and wild camp on the summit of pen y fan. Test out the new @Alpkit tent.
We’ve made river access free, so bring your friends and get involved. Head out on the Ely, Taff and Cardiff bay for a paddle and collect some rubbish while your out there having a great time. #keepcardifftidy #thebigpaddlecleanup
What a weekend. Spent the week helping out at the @NewportGangShow which was amazing to see so many young people acting and having fun. then today took the dog on a hike up to Chepstow Park woods only to forget that scubtrex is on. Seen lots of cubs.Then popped down to Tudor cule
It was all hands on deck at 3rd Upton today. TRH The Prince and Princess of Wales with Prince George, Princess Charlotte and Prince Louis volunteered for #TheBigHelpOut. They lent a hand and got involved with all sorts of building work at the group's meeting place.

Amazing weekend on the wye with 110 people on the water. Went away with loads more leadership skills. Skills to practice to gain more canoe permits. great company as well. #scoutscymru many thanks to @ScoutsCymruSWAT for a great weekend.
What a weekend. Started the weekend taking scouts down the canal leading my first adventurous activities. Then on the way, the home went up to the summit of the Blorenge and made dinner at the trig point. Then spent the Sunday helping to marshal at gorges day.
Amazing taking explores form all around @GwentScouts up to Brecon Beacons for the Easter bank holiday. @ScoutsCymru
