Emotional abuse is the worst. There’s no nastier trait than gaslighting, it can literally ruin you in so many ways. You need to take pride in owning your own shit and saying sorry, it’s not a weakness.
You just never know what the other person is going through. On social media it’s easy to abuse and troll people without knowing the nature of their physical and mental environment. Perhaps they’ve just lost someone close to them. Maybe they’re having suicidal thoughts. Be kind.
