So many things in this thread I've been saying for 3 years now and it's validating or just maybe some small relief that there are other people who recognize the physical, emotional, and psychological ramifications to allowing covid to run rampant for 5 years.
This is going to be a messy complicated thread... ...but there are several massive hurdles in the paths of most people that prevent them accepting that Covid infections are responsible for the rising flood of ill health including things like heart attacks and mental illness.
Codifying the ERA & Roe into law, Taxing churches, Term limits on all 3 branches of Govt, Gun control, Healthcare, Housing, Billionaires and Corps bleeding us dry and actively poisoning us, Privacy, Legalizing Cannabis, Censuring the Pentagon for failing yet another audit...

This is me. 3 years I isolated. Didn't leave my house except for food, meds, or urgency -- only to get into a car accident and get covid while in the hospital. The reckless attitude of so many healthcare workers is beyond believable - particularly around the immunocompromised.
I have a loved one who just had his LIFE-SAVING surgery postponed because THEY PUT HIM IN A SHARED HOSPITAL ROOM WITH SOMEONE WHO HAS COVID AND NOW HE HAS IT. He went the whole pandemic Covid-free & now he got it at the damn hospital. I am so unbelievably angry right now.
I think this is what's called malicious compliance? 😏😂

Shout out to every high risk person still playing the exposure calculus game. It's unrelentingly draining to constantly weigh exposure risks, especially when it feels like you've exhausted every potential safety measure. 1/5
