I've always loved cooking with frozen veggies because they're significantly less expensive, but I have a very difficult time convincing others that when money is tight and you want to eat healthy, frozen is the way to go...why is that?

What do you guys think about dancing to stay in shape? I've found that it's a great way to do cardio (or HIIT😱) without feeling like you're exercising! Plus it's so much fun!

What is your viewpoint on simple eating? Is white flour okay when paired with other sources of fiber? Is full-fat better than low-fat (as long as it's in moderation), in terms of satiety? Is it best to get the product with less ingredients?
