We are entering a point in the UK where mental health awareness days are actively harmful bc it gives the public the false belief they're helping by sharing a post saying "it's OK not to be OK" whilst actually doing nothing and bc it takes away the focus from service failings.
My eldest is trans and since he started living as male he's transformed from a suicidal teen into a happy and contented young man. I would rather support a son, than mourn a daughter.
