Want to learn something about yourself & those around you? Head down to the track with your friends. Commence running 400m repeats. Continue until all are lying on the track utterly exhausted. Fatigue exposes us all. The facade we wear disintegrates. Vulnerability at its best.
Incredibly sad to hear about the passing of @OregonTF legend Wade Bell. A mainstay of the Hayward Field crew for decades and 1968 Olympian in the 800m. Rest in Peace.

Amazing that people hosting the Olympics are saying there are complexities. Wouldn’t it be a nice trial run for the Olympics to hosts the Trials there prior? You know, work out the kinks, allow our athletes to get a trial run at the venue, etc?
