أنا على قناعة تامة بأنّ المؤسسات الخدمية والعسكرية السودانية كلها تعمل على أيّ شيء إلاّ خدمة المواطن، وأساسًا قامت على أُسس غير وطنية وتعمل دومًا مع سلطة الحاكم. الشرطة ومنذ بداية الحرب لم تقم سوى بإرهاب المواطنين الهاربين من جحيم الخرطوم الى الولايات بدلاً عن خدمتهم وبسط الأمن.
الجيش السوداني بدل يحمي ويأوي المواطنين الفقدوا بيوتهم وهربوا من ويلات الحرب ونزحوا داخليا في مدارس الولايات الآمنة لعدم مقدرتهم على السفر خارج البلاد قرر يطردهم من مراكز الإيواء
