Thinking today about Kris Kristofferson, who has passed away at the age of 88. He was an illustrious singer, songwriter, and later an actor. Some of our favorite Kristofferson performances are in "Alice Doesn't Live Here Anymore" (1974) and "Lone Star" (1996). Rest in Peace.

Some say the term “movie star” is outmoded. But I think the term still applies to George Clooney, who’s very much with us as he nears retirement age (63) this month. But don’t expect him to slow down. bestmoviesbyfarr.com/articles/best-…

Saddened by the passing of James Earl Jones at 93. Though he's often remembered as the iconic voice of Darth Vader, I found him magnetic in every role in his 7 decades-long career.. Some of my favorites: "End of the Road", "Matewan", "The Hunt for the Red October" and more. RIP.
