I have mailed their ceo and grievance officer, no reply. Not sure what I’m supposed to do now, just have to take the trouble of going to the store physically and have to deal with them. @CredrAuto
I then asked CredR to provide contact details of the store since I have been unable to reach out to the store (the guy through which I got all the formalities done isn’t picking up the call). They aren’t even providing that. Absolutely ridiculous!
I contacted their customer support, they told me that only the store is responsible for transfer of RC. Shouldn’t it be an end to end process? CredR simply doesn’t take responsibility after vehicle purchase.
I purchased a scooter through CredR from a store in Bengaluru. It’s been 60+ days, I still haven’t received my RC, when in fact while purchasing the vehicle, I was told I will get it within 30 days. I even paid a premium for getting my RC transferred as I didn’t want the hassle
