Damn Aucoin Bakery in Cheticamp, along the Cabot Trail in Cape Breton makes the best Butter Tarts you will ever put in your mouth, so good. shoulda picked up more @AucoinBakery
Cape Breton Island is OPEN and ready to welcome visitors. Thankfully, we have not been significantly impacted by the recent flooding in central Nova Scotia. Trans-Canada Highway (NS 104) leading to the Island is open as well. Visit novascotia.com/travel-advisory for effected areas.
Did all of these and more last year. Saw moose, snowshoe hares, dolphins and even a Lynx. Stunning. Still dream about it all and fondly recall the @AucoinBakery cinnamon rolls.
