The Messenger of Allah (saw) conveyed to his Ummah that, «إِنَّمَا الْإِمَامُ جُنَّةٌ يُقَاتَلُ مِنْ وَرَائِهِ وَيُتَّقَى بِهِ» “Indeed, the Imam (Khaleefah) is a shield, from behind whom you fight and by whom you are protected.” (Muslim)
4 Principles of speech: 1. Speak only when purposeful 2. Choose the right time and tone 3. Say only that which is necessary 4. Choose one's words carefully (Al-Mawardi, Adab al-Dunya Wa al-Din)
