#superteen program highlights the interconnectedness of mental and menstrual health. we work with rural girls in schools to eliminate the stigma + limitations associated with menstruation so that women and girls have improved health, including mental wellbeing.

Menstrual hygiene management is correlated with girls’ & women’s achievements in school, self-esteem, & dignity. #superteen provides necessary information, resources & facilities required for rural girls in school 2 manage menstrual cycle which is not a luxury but a critical need
